Municipal website built on Kentico CMS.
City of Smithville Website. I did the design and engineered the website to run on the .NET CMS Kentico. Custom interface for a payment gateway for utility payments. The site requirements were compiled with the aid of a City-wide survey of residents sent out in Utililty Bills. City Employees were trained to manage the content of the site so that each department could manage its own updates.
The major challange of this municipal design was to break up the navigation as it would be too complex to have in one place and be user friendly. Also various types of notices are available on the home page.
